The functions and affairs of the society are governed by its Board of Directors. The Board manages, controls and directs the affairs of the society and has all power necessary to carry out the purposes and aims of the organization. All members of the society are eligible to be elected to the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors elects its own officers. Board Meetings are held at the Selby Library the first Wednesday of every month at 2:00 PM.
